In perfect harmony with the coastal surroundings, the chosen finishes exude coastal accents with strategically placed ocean blue splashbacks and crisp white walls. This meticulously designed renovation is dedicated to enhancing the overall living experience, featuring the addition of new flooring, bespoke joinery, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms.

Furthermore, our team seamlessly tackled passive fire upgrades for the existing services in the basement. Swiftly retrofitting fire collars and fire-rated bulkheads with precision to ensured full compliance. Every step of the renovation was meticulously aligned with council regulations, Australian compliance standards and Australian Building Codes (BCA).
